At I'M THE MOOD, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with love,detail and intention. Because of the handmade and personal nature of our jewellery we follow an- exchange only policy.
We don’t accept any returns or offer refunds on any orders.

4. **Processing Your Request:** Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your request. If approved, we will send out the exchanged item as per your preference.
